Blogger.com is a publishing service by Google that provides blogging tools for free. You can either use the built-in template designs or create or upload your own .XML templates to upload to your website/blog. in this article you can learn step-by-step how to install a template on your blogger website/blog.
Step 1: Go to Blogger Dashboard > Template
Step 3: Click "Choose File" to upload a template from your computer.
Step 4: Browse for your compatible .XML template and click open.
